    We are looking to replace our time clock system for our hourly employees.  Does anyone have one that they would recommend?  Does anyone use one that directly connects to Quickbooks?

    When I previously worked for a small nonprofit employer, we used OnTheClock. OnTheClock is an app that you can put on someone's phone if you trusted them to have the time clock in their pocket. If you wanted something a little more traditional you simply buy a cheap tablet and stand, put it somewhere "permanent," and then load the app onto that.

    I know it has integration with QuickBooks Online. I am not certain whether or not it integrates with QuickBooks Desktop. 

    I was the Finance Director (and therefore Payroll Clerk) at that non-profit. I did not have the two interfaces integrated (we used ADP for payroll), but I would recommend OnTheClock as an option worth investigating. We had no complaints!
