Anyone have any experience with it that they would be willing to share?

We need an employee handbook, vacation/sick policy, etc.  And I do not want to develop our own from scratch.  Keeping up with the every changing laws is also desired.

I'm on the leadership council at our church and we incorporated this Concordia software. The Church360° Suite is a comprehensive church management system with web-based software for people, finances, and website development.

This has streamlined our member information,  givings and finances and it integrates with Vanco online donations and Paycor payroll.

I'm also in the process of taking advantage of Concordia's free assistance for small churches with less than 10 employees a program called MyAdminPartner. The will help with onboarding new employees and make sure your church is compliant with state and federal laws and switch you to Paycor for your payroll.

The handbook is developed through Mineral which is a service through the Paycor payroll system. I spoke with a Concordia representative who is assisting our church to provide the MAP services and you can get help to improve your current handbook if you have one for free and for $50 a month Mineral will actually create one for you after you supply them with information. You can stop that service fee anytime. 
We currently use Paycor so I'm not sure how that works otherwise. Mineral is a legit service offering important HR and tax information.
