Greetings!
Our church started using Paycor about 3 years ago. I have been working with it for just over 2 years. We have about 38 paid staff, most of which are hourly workers. The hourly workers "punch the clock" through an app on their phones. Frequently, they have difficulty making those punches and a supervisor has to log in to the system to correct the errors.
When pay raises went into effect at the start of our fiscal year, the change was part way through a pay period. Paycor did a great job of pro-rating the days for the salaried employees. For the hourly employees, I had to review each timecard and make manual adjustments for each hourly employee.
Onboarding new employees is not a difficult task. It would be easier if we subscribed to more of Paycor's options.
By and large I am satisfied with Paycor, but I don't have much experience with other payroll companies.

We researched Paycor, Paychex and MinistryWorks. MinistryWorks was less expensive after all discounts. So far it's working well, but we're in year one of use.

Just wondering if anyone out there is using Paycor or Paychex and if yes, how's it working for you?
