In 2018, CPS did a quantitative and qualitative study to learn more about our LCMS schools. While the study was done five years ago, the results are still very applicable today. We looked at education employment trends, what educators are looking for in an employment experience, what would encourage them to stay with their current employer, school administrators' responses about what is going well, and not well, in their schools, and much more.
