The Compensation Decision Support Tool has been added to Shareboard. You can find it in the "Quick Links" section on the right side of the home page. The page you will link to has a great deal of information about the tool and an email you can use if you have any additional questions about it. You may find the tool useful as you are budgeting and/or determining compensation for current or prospective workers.

Did you know Shareboard users can upload helpful resources to our Library? We've populated it with some great resources from Concordia Plans staff and recently from our friends at the LCMS Foundation, but to make it an even better collection we want to hear from you!
Any resource you think would be useful to lay leaders is welcome, but today we're thinking specifically about volunteer recruitment. Does your ministry have a "playbook" you use to find new volunteers? Would you be willing to talk about how you recruit volunteers with one of us so we can post the conversation on Shareboard?
