I am interested in learning how everyone recruits for paid church staff lay leader (for example, Executive Director/Business Manager) roles, when there is no one in the congregation able or willing to serve. Are there any job boards or LCMS district resources you've used? I'd appreciate any and all suggestions!

We send a note to churches in our circuit to publish our job posting in their weekly bulletin and/or put a flyer on their bulletin board.
