We'd been with Protect My Ministry for several years, then encountered serious bumps accessing reports after we moved from Shelby V5 to ShelbyNext. Our issue was finally resolved after frank discussions with a PMM supervisor; we now have a login to their website so we aren't relying completely on ShelbyNext for the reports we need. Since then the process is working well. I'm curious as to the problems you're facing.
