All Leaders

Does anyone know of position descriptions for lay leaders within a congregation, either developed locally by congregations or shared from a District? We have recently seen a need for this in Missouri, but wondered if there are already developed resources out there.

Thank you for posting this question. We've found through some lay leader surveying we've done that many lay leaders are ready and excited to serve but they just need a little more direction and guidance on how to do that effectively. Position descriptions would certainly help.

If anyone has a position description(s) you have used at your ministry or has been shared with you, and that you think is potentially helpful to others, please share. This could be a benefit to many ministries across the LCMS.
