Ascension Lutheran Church and School in Tucson, Arizona is searching for an Executive Director to manage our administrative functions, campus facilities and support member programming. I currently serve as the Executive Director and I am retiring at the end of 2024.

About the Executive Director Role:
We are looking for a person of strong Christian character who demonstrates emotional health and spiritual maturity in personal relationships, exercises good judgment and has personal integrity.
The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in either a church or business environment.
About Ascension:
Ascension is a 450-member church in Tucson, Arizona. Over the past 4 years our average weekend worship has grown by 33% and we have added 116 new members. We also run an Early Childhood Education Center with enrollment of approximately 120 children, from infants through Kindergarten.
