I am Chair of our Board of Christian Education for our church which operates a day school comprised of VPK (K-4) through 8th grade. This current school year we have a total enrollment of 219 students and next year possibly increasing that number. Increased enrollment means more responsibilities on our Principal. We do not currently have a Dean or Assistant Principal nor do we have space for this position.We will be organizing a School Disciplinary Committee over the summer to be in place at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year.
Does anyone have experience with School Disciplinary Committees? We would appreciate any guidance in organizing this Committee.
