The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) Church Worker Well-being Alliance is a partnership of District Presidents, Concordia Plan Services, LCMS Office of National Mission, and LCMS Pastoral Education. The Alliance is seeking to create and align strategies throughout the Synod that will ultimately build a culture of wholistic health and care in LCMS congregations, schools, and ministries.
The Alliance is carefully considering our messaging to workers and congregations to promote and encourage church worker wellness.
