We have a 2-sided laminated "Emergency Plan" sheet in several places in the church that lists emergency procedures (medical, threat of violence, power outage, etc.) The elders and ushers are re-trained on this every year or two. We also have emergency numbers posted in a couple places. In addition, we have voluntary AED and CPR training every couple years. I have also found resources online (search "church emergency preparedness plan" or the like) that have a lot more detail than the what is mentioned above.
