Bill L,
I would love if you would share this information, our church has a security policy that we are getting ready to update. This information could be useful to us. Thank you so much.

Hi, Richard.
We have a 2-sided laminated "Emergency Plan" sheet in several places in the church that lists emergency procedures (medical, threat of violence, power outage, etc.) The elders and ushers are re-trained on this every year or two. We also have emergency numbers posted in a couple places. In addition, we have voluntary AED and CPR training every couple years. If you want me to send you a digital version of the laminated sheet, reach out to me.
I have also found resources online (search "church emergency preparedness plan" or the like) that have a lot more detail than the what is mentioned above.

Subject: Mission Training Proposal
Due to the recent violence against House of Worship, our congregation is developing a training proposal.
Our program outline is four parts
1. having a policy (best fit) not By-laws
2. Health & Safety Training
3. Worst Case Scenario Training
4. Serving Like Jesus
Looking to see if any other congregations have already put something together that could be useful?
