The well-being of church workers is a mission priority of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod. We desire to better promote and nurture the spiritual, emotional, financial, and physical well-being of pastors and professional church workers (ordained pastors and commissioned workers such as teachers, deaconesses, directors of Christian outreach, and others).
Would your congregation help us in our endeavor to better understand how the LCMS can serve them and care for them? Please have a lay leader from your congregation (e.g. congregation president, head elder, council chairman, etc.) complete this seven-minute survey. Or, if you prefer, a group of lay leaders may fill it out together as a team, though we do ask for only one submission from each congregation. Their valuable insight will be used to create Synod-wide resources and initiatives to provide support and serve the health and wellness of our beloved church workers.
