Our new Pastor used https://www.instantchurchdirectory.com/ at his previous Church.  He was very pleased with it there.

There are a number of apps that can be used.  Trinity Lutheran in Savannah GA uses Instant Church Directory.  There is an annual subscription for this service and it requires someone to take the responsibility as Administrator.

We have Church 360 Members and Unite. We do not yet have pictures in the system but have talked about adding them. The Members module will allow all church members to have a login (must have an email address in Members) and can be given a role of General User. General User allows members to update their own information and see information on other members. It is accessible through mobile devices. The member information is synced with the Unite website module and church members can be invited to create logins to a private side of Unite to see member information there, also.

We have used Instant Church Directory for many years and are very happy with it. Access is given only to those with an email address in the directory, although it can be "hidden" if the member prefers it not be published. It's easy to export and print, too!
